BN55 Gems Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the BN55 Gems platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser or any other method of access — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first use of the platform, including simply browsing the site without registering an account.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. BN55 Gems will never contact you asking for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact our support team immediately.

All deposits on BN55 Gems are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and other mobile wallets as listed on the platform at any given time. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed during the deposit process.

Deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person — whether a family member or anyone else — is not permitted. BN55 Gems reserves the right to request verification of your payment method at any time.

BN55 Gems aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and the outcome of any verification checks. The platform reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification before releasing funds, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or held if there is reason to believe that the account is involved in bonus abuse, fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms. BN55 Gems may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion will have its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts and expiry dates. Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your wallet. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real money. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be clearly stated for each promotion.

BN55 Gems reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated play or other abusive strategies will result in bonus removal and may lead to account closure.

All bets placed on BN55 Gems — whether on sports events such as Pakistan Super League cricket, T20 internationals, football or esports, or on casino and live casino games — are subject to the specific rules of each game or market. These rules are displayed within each game and betting section of the platform.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the platform explicitly offers a cash-out or edit feature for that specific market. Bets on cancelled or voided events will be returned to your wallet at the original stake amount. In the event of a technical error during a game or bet settlement, BN55 Gems reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are shown at the time of placing your bet and may vary by event, game type or account level. BN55 Gems reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on any account at its discretion, particularly where irregular betting patterns are detected.

• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your registered account

BN55 Gems monitors accounts for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Any account found to be in breach of this section will be closed and any balance may be forfeited in full.
